Can you use cheats off a USB Drive?

I don't have an SD Card so I was wondering if I can access my cheats through usb loader gx with another USB Drive. My other usb drive has my games and the other one has my homebrew apps. So I was wondering if I could use cheats off my Homebrew Drive.

Yes but you can use Configurable USB Loader to just use one drive with both your games and homebrew apps on the same drive.

Yeah but I use WBFS since the other format has a 4GB Limit.

You can use a USB just like if you were using a disc. Gecko works with USB loaders.
USB Loader GX has a limit. I'd use Configurable USB Loader or Neogamma.
