Can you Up+B -> Walljump in Ultimate?

I have been trying to do so in 1/4 of speed and still cannot get it.

I believe I once did it by accident, but I cannot even replicate it in tutorial mode.

MMm ok thanks, probably something different happened there. Maybe it was more like a tech instead of wall-jump.

Depends on the character. If you can both wall jump and act out of Up-B, you probably can. can do this, but is not the only one. can as well. can too if his Up-B hits the wall. (If his Up-B hits the wall, he does a wall-cling.)

When they said Ultimate was like Melee and 4, they were lying. There is no Melee-esk tech in this game, including Mario Up Special into walljump, usable wavelands and executable tech extensions to combos. This is basically an overhaul of Smash4 to be slightly faster as a game engine, but nothing fancy.

Wish there was wall jumping for some.
