Can you tech Robin's Final Smash's first downward hit?

We know Rufure Robin summons Chrom and starts wailing on the victim Great Aether style during their Final Smash... and I've teched on walls or the ground such as on Green Hill Zone (normal) on a second "bounce"...

but has anyone ever teched that initial hit on the ground that usually kills you on the top screen?

I have not been able to tech the final blow of Greninja's Final Smash. This will likely be the same case, though perhaps someone else has different results.

I simply can't get it to happen.
Is it safe to assume that it is coded into the Final Smash not to be able to tech that initial hit?

All I was really looking for was an instance (a definitive one like a replay of it) of the opposite occurrence from anyone because not being able to is my initial assumption.
