I wanna know if you can download it from another SD card supporting device because I have no PC (I had one but it broke I think) and I really want to play it.

Yeah you can. This situation is different but I guess this illustrates your situation. I didn't have an SD card reader so I would put the SD card in a camera and plugged that into my computer and put the files on that way. Basically if you have a way to get the files and a way to put files on an SD card any medium between that will work.
