and to be frank, I'd like to buy my tickets and hotel room ASAP to get the best deal. I can't book my flight and hotel all in one if I don't know the address of the venue and I'd really like to get a hotel as close to the venue as possible to avoid costs. Thanks.

For the past few years when MLG moved from Houston to Dallas they have had it at the Hilton Anotole. I would like to assume it would be there again... O_o

Yea, it has been at the Hilton Anotole in 2006/2007/2008/2009.

That doesn't mean for certain that that is where it will be this year though. Sorry I do not know for sure where it will be.
