Can we give Falcon his N64 Neutral Special

I'm probably not thinking about this correctly, but I think it would be an amazing buff for Falcon. Maybe not, it could be too much, but personally I'd like it.

If Captain Falcon got back his n64 falcon punch there would be sacred combos everywhere, just saying, but yeah it would be nice for the Captain to get something less useless as his current Falcon Punch.
