Assuming your others are up to day, you won't have to. The auto updater does hash checks to see if you have the latest versions.

This is of course considering you're talking about Brawl+...

You don't need them, just remove Zero and Geno and the game will load their moveset from the disc.

You wouldn't have even needed to ask there, in the Workshop Welcome Wagon thread there is a link to a thread with all Brawl files. Always check there before making a new thread.
