Can somebody tell me when the next NJ tournament will be held?

I did and it always ends up being in somebody's house. I want to get into a REAL tournament, something I will be rewarded for and actually getting to be noticed by the public.

I've played indoors far too long. I need to enlist in an official New Jersey tournament. Please, IF YOU KNOW, post the information, if you don't know, don't post here. And please... if you DO know, don't tell me to search and say I'm on my own, just tell me. I'm not trying to make things complex. Thanks.

oohh, dont be so harsh. there are two types of players when they enter the smash tournament scene.
1. they will either think they are awesome and will **** anyone simply because they have average tech skill and always dominate their small region of friends
or
2. they are okay at the game and beat their friends, but they know they will get owned when they go to respectable tournaments.

both players will want to get better though, its just how they will react after they do get owned.
