Can Maxwell Appear in Smash Bros 4?

Smash bros for japan is coming soon, but I think it would be cool to add Maxwell from Scribblenauts.

Pros: Has always been a nintendo exclusive.
Can be an amazing customizable character
Cons:Isn't owned by Nintendo
Has appeared on the pc and ios

normal moveset
Normal attack:Boxing Gloves
Side Tilt:Twirls a sword
Up Tilt:Fireworks
Down Tilt:Fires a Ray Gun on the ground

Side Smash:Gets a chef to whack opponents with a frying pan
Up Smash: A pilot Glides into the air
Down Smash: Calls fourth Two Ninjas by his sides

Standard special: Fires the ray gun forwards
Up Special:Jetpack. You can also angle it like Diddy
Side Special:Throws a magic wand like a boomerang and each time it has a different effect such as fire or electric
Down Special: Remote control bomb that runs across the screen until detonated or hitting someone
Final Smash:Rain of Starites.
