To ShadowXor, and/or any other "Prophets" fighting your holy war:
I don't know who you are, or if your info is legit or not - but seriously dudes, unless you really, really, REALLY enjoy defending yourself fruitlessly over and over to a bunch of skeptical and rabid nerds - there's no point to lashing back. This goes to all "prophets"; fake or not. (and just so you know, my "lashing back" was to the horrible mods on Gamefaqs, not their double digit IQ community - jk....kind of)
Information came my way, I let some people know, then moved on. Fighting back and getting angry isn't going to make you seem more credible whatsoever. I honestly and legitimately believe my source...but hey, things can change, and who says he was privy to every decision Nintendo was making. I played a part in all of this madness, but I really believe that I did it in the most noble way I could.
And to everyone else:
People with information like this absolutely CAN NOT post proof, whether it is TRUE or FALSE; so why bother arguing over it?STOP ASKING FOR IT; because your amateur and inconsequential internet sleuthing will lead to nothing.
To all prophets:
If the info is fake....then I hope you're happy you screwed around with a bunch of zealous and sensitive geeks.
If the info is real, then thanks for sharing.
The only work the smash community has to do is try and debunk us "prophets." Nothing is confirmed until there is evidence, AND THIS GOES FOR BOTH SIDES OF THE ARGUMENT. Until the game has gone completely public, everything is a theory; meaning it can not be fact. Don't take anything personally. Don't have petty arguments over it or it's validity. Be calm, logical, and objective. I guess all of this fanboyish clamor is just a symptom of the long wait for this legendary and historic gaming event.
There will be leaks. With the huge amount of effort and human resources a project of this kind requires....THERE WILL BE LEAKS. There also will be liars who want to screw with people for whatever stupid purpose they hold. And there will also be losers who fight and whine and insult and stubbornly hold to their own desires - no matter how out there they are.
In the end, I hope everyone is happy with the final roster! When the game comes out, every stupid geek (including myself) who contributed to this (actually really fun) pre-release fiasco will be busy actually PLAYING the game instead of adding to this entertaining speculation. I will be, that's for sure.
Here's to having to trudge through another month! I calmly lie in wait for the moment we face one another on the field of battle. Sheath your weapons and put down your fists for now, Valiant Brawlers; for soon after all prophecy becomes meaningless, and all of our adversaries appear from their shroud of darkness, we will fight this war.
And I'm totally kicking all of your ***** with Sonic! HA! ;p
