C-stick Up Smash during run

My brother would love this, because he loves to do this in Smash U and Brawl.

You can already do it. Just time the jump and the stick. You can jump cancel or crouch cancel into upsmash.

That's the point: You don't need to jump in Brawl or Sm4sh, and op wants to u-smash without jumping like the other smash games.
