C-Stick attacks in debug mode?

Is there a way to enable C-Stick attacks (and simultaneously turn off the C-Stick camera) in debug mode? If not, is there a way to enable left on the D-Pad + Y making you larger and right on the D-Pad + Y making you regular size outside of debug mode? And if so, is there a way to change the required button inputs to left on the D-Pad and right on the D-Pad, respectively?

that's largely irrelevant to his question.

the answer is no, you can't change anything about Debug mode, or make debug mode features available outside of debug mode without someone making a code for it.

That's too bad. We've discovered a rather fun game mode involving changing character size, but it's a little difficult to deal with in debug mode.
