By-passing the disk in drive

I borrowed a computer game from my friend and created an ISO file and that good stuff. I have mounted it using Daemon tools and it installed perfectly. My problem now is when I go to launch it says there is no disk in my drive.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
