Buoysel For Brawl!!!

I have to say GOOD JOB Ermine (^_^)!!!

You suggested a character that not too many people know of, gave it a deep and thought out move-set and said why YOU want this character in. Alot better than "Meowth should be in because hes popular/ on the show/ can talk blah blah"

But, like kaid said, you should have move diversity in your moves. Thats the only thing I see wrong right now.

I have also been thinking about the pokemon in brawl. . . Like it or not theres most likely going to be at the least ONE pokemon added that has the whole furry cute thing going for them. I say replace Pichu with a furry cute pokemon from D/P. And seeing that I SURE AS HELL dont want that new white Pika looking thing added I say use Buoyse because he is unique, new and cool looking for a cute pokemon.

And Lucario, Blaziken and Heracross would make great powerful pokemon for those who want to have the buff ones rep (Im starting to loss interest in Deoxy so Im going to say those 3 are my top choices for now).

Yay thanks... Yes it took me awhile to think of his moveset but I knew it was worth it because he is so cool in my opinion.

You know, I could actually see this.

In SSB64, they had Pikachu the mascot, and Jiggilypuf the joke character.
In Melee, they added Mewtwo, who was SUPPOSED to be awesome, and Pichu, who was supposed to be sickenly cute.
If they drop Pichu for Meowth, then adding Lucario means they have to add a "less threatening" pokemon, and Boysle (sp?) is as good a choice as any.

=O Blaspheme. Pichu IS adorable. I am secure enough in my manhood to say proudly, I think Pichu is effin adorable.

Buoysel is not crappy... He has awesome potentional in which I want to flourish... He has amazing potentional for movesets as well as creativity for movements. I don't care that he is not very popular yet... thats why I am here to help him become more popular.

It's a great moveset and I should have told you that straight up, I think Buoysel would be great in a pokeball

I know that he probably won't be a playable character but being in a Pokeball would please me XD Still I think he could be very awesome in Brawl as a character XD.

Yes, a water pokemon idea, finally! Brawl needs a water poke, and I think this guy could work....And I love the raindance Idea, especially ow his speed is increased which is fitting because of his swift swim ability.

Indeed. In fact, he could fit under my current theory, as long as he had, say, Surf and Ice beam as specials... the two of them are Beauty moves, which is all the current pokemon needed.

Surf would be pretty cool. If Buoysel can learn Ice Beam in Diamond/Pearl then putting it into his moveset would just make it that more awesome.

As a rule, I've found most water types can be tauthe Ice beam, and it's almost always a purchacable TM.

I guess that that pretty much means that Buoysel can learn Ice Beam from a TM... Him using that move in brawl would be pretty cool... don't you think that being frozen would be pretty cheap though... maybe the charater would just be a bit slower.

Yes, the ice climbers freezing you, or getting hit by a Mr. Freezy, would be cheezy... if it didn't universally pop the target up and reduce their fall speed.

Given the status is alreadt in melee, I don't think it will be a problem.

Maybe Buoysel's normal B could be Ice Beam and his Side B could be Surf.

I was thinking Surf asa B projectile, Ice beam as vB, and some Cute move as a sideB. ^B is a bit tricky, making one that is namable, makes sence, and fits the pokemon. (one of the reasons I've been supporting Flying types so much)

Buoysel does not have to have a cute move... I think of Buoysel as an Awesome Otter who has skills. =).

He may look cute XD but I think he could be really powerfull and speedy.

True, but the Covet move I was thinking of, woud basically be able to grab thrown and held items, while possibly having enough priority to cancel out other projectiles.

Interesting concept... It could work... but until we recieve more news on what Buoysel can actually learn, the current moveset I think is pretty decent.

But it seems that pokemon like Mimirol/Mimilop have a better chance at being one of the cute pokemon added. I say this only because someone that lives in Japan actually says they are highly liked/ wanted pokemon there (like Gardevoir).
