About the venue:
This event is located in Hatboro, PA a town in the Philly suburbs. There is a train station within walking distance and there are nearby bus stops. There are paid parking spots right out side the venue however there is a public parking lot about 30 seconds down the street. you can also park in the neighborhood without worrying about paying for parking too.

count me in also I notice in the rules it says "Pro Controllers will only be allowed if they remove their battery pack on their own" can you please tell me how to do that and I also notice that for wii U it doesn't say if team attack is on or not

So how do I sign up for the tournament. Or do I sign up there. It would be my first tournament

I think you sign up there around 10:00 AM, but you can say you're going though the RSVP thing near the top to help them get a easement on how many people are going.
