Brawl's Random Encounters

Has anyone else been trying to use the wifi for random encounters as of yet?

From what I read/presumed, the service was unavailable, but I have been for the past 6 days been easily able to use the random encounter system and have matches with many persons at many times during the day.

Is this old news or just unknown to the greater Australian populace?

If you didn't know, and have brawl, do try to play, I feel like I'm one of maybe 10 different people who play random encounters (I'm going by fighting style/characters used etc).

Also I'm getting daily new customer stage/video/picture things, is this from Nintendo Australia or America?

Is that also coming from America? Seems doubtful, right?

'With Anyone' is worldwide (I think) or at least is restricted to the countries servers (IE Japan brawl plays Japanese, US Brawl plays Americans)
