STARCRAFT!!! LOLOLOL has anyone ever thought of that? you have the 1v1, 2v2,3v3, 7v1 COMP STOMP LOL. and even USE MAP SETTINGS and whatever else starcraft/warcraft had to offer. including channels and stuff haha. I think it would be a great idea like that.

I'd have to say it'd be a good way to just stay home, go online and train. You won't have to go anywhere else but stay home and train, train, train!! Then when you think you're ready for a tourney, go ahead and enter. And if you've got some free time on your hands, then train some more!

I used to love playing StarCraft online, but eventually I stopped. Why? Hackers. I just wanted an honest, fun game. It eventually came to I couldn't play a few games every day without encountering a hacker- the replays proved it. This is the only dread I have of online Brawl- would hacking be possible? I certainly hope not, because gosh that would be gay. I'm relatively comforted by the fact that Brawl is a console game, not a computer game, so that would make hacking impossible I think?

Yes, lets rush it out so we can then complain about lack of features such as online and bug and glitches, and we can start wanting Brawls sequel in 2 years after it's release.

I'd rather wait another year and have it pefect then rush it out now and have it missing stuff we want a year later.

I just hope that if there is online it has a ranking system and that it'd be able to do online tournaments. That would be cool I think.

that's just it, though. Tera doesn't give a crap about any of the online garbagio.
1. keep it 'offline',
2. perfect it SOONER than would otherwise be with online,
3. get it out to us who want to pwn n00bs right now,
4. let the people who want it online wait, and
5. once availible, let the online feature be a Wii download.

The coding required to allow the adding of network code to an already released game would be an absolute NIGHTMARE.

Pretty much, you have to develop network code and the game code simultaneously to prevent problems later on in development.

I 100% agree. If they rush Brawl with either weak or no online play, or missing features, then everyone will just want another one in like 1-2 years. I do agree that there taking forever with what was gonna be a "Release Game" for the Wii, but waiting will make the game all the more sweeter.

Silly tera, one part of the team working on online functionality doesn't affect the other part of the team working on multiplayer. Also, whyever would you want to pwn noobs? Maybe it's just me, but it doesn't seem all too fun to beat people you already know for sure you're better then.
