Brawl+ version questions

Anyone know a few major changes between versions? I'm not completely sure which version I'm running.

Title screen says 6.0 FINAL
Rumble Falls is now Online Waiting Room (Heard this was changed to newport city in later versions?)
Marth's dair only spikes when tip hits.
Ness' PK Thunder dissappears after touching enemy
Lucario has no special fall after ^B.

Newest version is 7.0.3. There's a Brawl+ sticky, read that.

I read through some of it without help, which is why I made this thread. I know the newest version is 7.0.3 but I heard for the final update the version/date on the title screen wasn't changed.

I also heard online waiting room was changed to newpork city so I wanted some clarification seeing as without a change list in existence, I can't confirm it myself, but maybe someone more knowledgeable than me could.

Pretty sure online training is flat zone now, but each still exist, but just on separate pages.
