That sounds good but I just had a bad feeling. What if this is the only "online" feature that Brawl will have and was what Sakurai was referring to?

I had the thought that you could put your screenshots of the Sticker Scrap Book onto the Wii Message Boards and send it to your "friends" that way... even if they don't have Brawl.

With this system, you could also put it onto the Wii's Photo Channel, therefore onto an SD card, then print out copies with them digital camera printers or post them up on the internet directly. The possibilities are endless! I could really see Smash Sticker Comics becoming a popular thing to happen on the internet.

Thank you.

I'm really fed up how everyone is moaning about this update. It's basically a customisable scrap book with all sorts of memorabilia from our best games ever IN our best game ever. Yet people still whinge. I don't even think it's replacing trophies anyway as Sakurai knows how much us fans like our character history. Expect a full-blown Museum mode to go along with Scrap Book very, very soon.

My thoughts on this is that I don't care if they implemented this or not. Have fun with your stickers.

Did you enjoy the trophies? If not then fair enough, but why post here if you're so uninterested.

If yes then what is your problem with Stickers? It just seems to me the potential for THOUSANDS of different artworks of every single character, item, Nintendo themed-thing known to mankind in your own scrapbook ready to enjoy with and play.

Do you perhaps feel that the "stickers" are childish. Well imagine it as a scrap book instead. For some reason it does make the idea much more appealing...

I just don't find them interesting, but you guys do. If it's in the game, you guys can have them and make comics out of them. I might play with them for a while, but that's about it.

Too too too too too many sticker/trophy threads.

I think this would be a cool idea, but Sakurai shouldn't waste his time with things like this. When it comes to online, the whole team should spend all their time making an online Vs.Mode imo.

I like this idea. Plus, it seems like the type of thing that Ninty would do.

This idea makes me act like a giddy schoolgirl.

It's SOOOOO unnecessary, but... it sounds like fun.

Can I, like, write little poems into someone else's sticker collection?

My hope in brawl is lingering on a thread...seriously. If the last thing sakurai has to show the world is "brawl's gonna have....STICKERS!"....I almost wanted to kill myself after that. I was like "so, um...is this a horrible horrible joke?...I do recall you stating the game was being aimed at the older teen audience and above...so, what's with the stickers?" I swear to balls it was totally unecessary for these to be put into brawl. Waste of time, money...Nintendo is going to probably surprise me more with this game (hopefully) then anygame on any platform past, present, or future.....stickers...(sigh)...i'm about to rickroll myself.

I'm actually happy there is a new collectible.
Anyone who is *****ing about should just STFU.. because their *****ing isn't going to effect the game at all.
I really don't think it took them that long to even make all the stickers. The number of stickers will probably be 500-1000 or more.
They probably had 1 or 2 people making all the stickers for the game. It probably even took about a week or less for them to do it all because they already had a library of photos and pictures etc. to work with.
So I believe it wasn't much effort to add this new feature..

Now about online.. I agree.. that was one of the first things that came to my mind.
Players might be able to trade them etc.
I can see this as a fun little extra feature and there isn't anything wrong with it.
Stickers might be collectible by buying sticker packs..

Anyway.. It's still a fun and awesome new feature. People who ***** about need to get a life.

Smash comics -- that's a great idea! Gives people a chance to be creative and imaginative. Not too sure about actual trading cards, might turn the whole thing into another pokemon rush where it's all buy no play.

I don't think you should be able to trade stickers or anything like that. But maybe a section called "Scrapbook Around the Globe" where you can view other's comics or pages with the author listed.

Okay, so back to reasonable and educated guesses:

I think the fact that you can supposedly take screenshots of your collections is a big deal. Could that mean that there will be online connectivity for that?

I would actually like the idea of being able to cut out pictures from your own SD memory card and making stickers out of those. You can even get pictures from the internet and upload them via SD card.

But that may proove to become problematic due to the fact that all of the lame-people-who-think-they-are-funny will keep posting stickers that say "I'm Rick James Bitch!!!" all day.

My only responce to that is "do you actually play smash bros"? Seriously? You're only proving my point....how about that...now there's going to be 10 year olds sucking so bad at the game or not knowing anything about it except..WOOPIE...STICKER TRADING...ONLINE...ABOUT AS MUCH FUN AS GOING TO THE STORE AND HAVING YOUR MOM BUY YOU A 10 CENT PACK! Wtf is wrong with you people???? Next thing you know they'll have "don't look at people anymore, take pictures and guess whether this was 10 minutes ago or 20 minutes ago!" Geeze louise, serious issues going on here. This isn't gaming at this point...it's like the little girl version...of some game. Like I mentioned, how does this infer, what-so-ever, that sakurai is truely aiming this game at the older market? I'm not betching because i have some unusual manifesto in my mind thinking i can change sakurai's, but i'm just saying.

Sticker Comics that you could trade would mean one thing only. Sex comics. That's if you can put the stickers exactly where you want 'em. :S

Nah that's Farfetched...
