Hey Everyone!
I though I would share with you guys a Brawl tournament that we held at Digital Press Video Games at the monthly NAVA meeting.
It was held on March 29th, 2008 and we held a tourney there for a friend of ours at the PBC Productions group, Devon Riley. Some of you may be fimilar with this guy if your a YouTube person and/or visit ScrewAttack.com as NES from the Captain S show. Devon woke up last NAVA which was in February with a severe problem, it was so intense that he had to go to the emergency room.
The problem is that Devon was having financial problems, and once it was announced to everyone about his problems, many of his fans have donated to him, so a friend of mine decided to set up a little but awesome Brawl tourney for the guy, Here is the video

Now you may have many questions about the video, but the one question I get alot is am I the one that annoucnes in the start of the video about the Brawl tourney? the answer is no, that is not me. That is the Digital Press store owner Joe Santulli and I am participating in the Tourney. I'm the kid in the yellow shirt and I'm also the one who was playing as Olimar when going against Sonic at Luigi's Mansion. You should watch if you wanna find out what happened
My friend was in the finals (you can see in the video) he was playing as Link going against Will, you must also watch to find out if my friend won or not, it's a pretty good video, but I must admit there are some parts where the camera is a little shaky.
As for how the tourney turned out, it was a huge success, scoring Devon over $119 and once we heard how much he got, we were happy we were helping him out. Devon Riley is now all better and I've talked to him since, and he is extremely grateful from all the donations people have sent him and the success of the Brawl tourney, so don't donate to him!
Well that is all the info you gotta need about the video, if you want to check out more on what Devon's condition was check it out here: http://lovefordevon.wordpress.com/
That's all for now folks, I hope you enjoy the video, and feel free to post about how you felt about the whole thing and feedback on the video, I didn't make this video, it was my friend's at a website called PressStartComic.com. They are also a indie site, so the views really help them out! Thanks alot guys!
