Brawl- tier list

Hey forum, I started playing Brawl- last week, and I really like it. It's gr9mazing.
Is there a tier list for it?

2. with the exception of Mr. Game and Watch every character in the game is viable.

I wouldn't really say there's a tier list

Every character is good in there own way you just need to know how to use them

Do you know where I can find a Brawl - gct that has the sound replacement engine code?
