Brawl receiving 4 new characters, and 2 new stages!!!

So pretty much brawl will be getting downloadable content that will have 4 new characters, and 2 new stages. I assume 2 of the characters will be Roy and Mewtwo. Anywho, the downloadable pack will be available on may 13th, 2008 and will cost 10 dollars, however for the first month of availability it will be a free download through the wii shop channel. This is part of the new "Wii Want More" service being started by Nintendo, and will offer downloadable content for other games as well.

What sucks is that Nintendo KNOWS how we'd adore them for releasing new characters, stages, or any content at all for SSBB, but likely won't do a thing about it.

What especially bothers me about this is that it doesn't HAVE to be true. Nintendo could release an external harddrive for the Wii. They have two USB ports just being wasted away! Also, what about giving us the ability to play off of an SD card? I mean, a harddrive might not even be necessary considering that SD cards with plenty of space can be bought for reasonable prices these days.

It's as if Nintendo is intentionally not taking advantage of these little things that could make such a huge difference.
