Can anybody answer me this question:

With all of the mods that have been made through what is now known as "Brawl+," how is it that Nintendo has not taken legal action to stop the probably infinite number of copyright issues that should have come up with all the changes in software? Your thoughts please.

and who would they press charges or sue or whatever... or do something to? a bunch of anonymous usernames?

Haha, I tried to bring it to Nintendo's attention actually.

Exactly.
They wouldn't go through the trouble of making researches to find the hackers.
It costs money and Brawl+ is not a nuisance to Brawl. Making them ultimately losing money by digging up usernames to their roots and taking legal action against them for pretty much nothing.

Plus, how is Brawl+ even bad for Brawl's advertising? It may even draw more potential buyers!
Nah, Nintendo's probably going to leave it alone, aside from making life harder for those that hack Brawl.

I think Nintendo are somewhat aware of it.

It's a video game. They're going to assume that hacks are being done. They won't care unless it hurts them in some way, and currently, Brawl + is just the side-fun of a small community in another small community.

A copy of Brawl is needed for Brawl + to work, so if someone who has sold their Brawl disc wants to try Brawl +, they need to buy another one. More money for Nintendo, more fun for fans (no offense vBrawl players, I just don't like it as much as I like Brawl +)
