Exactly what it says on the cover.
It's hard to find anywhere to download Brawl+ nowadays for some reason, and since Project M is better in every...a lot of ways, no one seems to care anymore. Still, I think it should be accessible.
Brawl Plus Platinum (hackless)

Unzip it, drop it in your SD card's root directory, delete any custom stages saved to the card or internal storage on your Wii (there are three by default, so don't assume that there's none there because you've made none), go to the stage builder, and presto. You all should know the drill.
This is some guy's weird modified version, so there are some switched costumes and whatnot (Ike's default skin is Cloud Strife, for example). Nothing modifying gameplay, though, at least that I've noticed.
