Brawl Hacks Help

I make brawl shorts and I recently started using hacks, but there is a certain hack I need I can't find but i've seen used. I need the hack that makes it so you can use a characters opening sequence whenever in a battle. I've seen it used in a few brawl machinimas like smashtasm, where pakkery came down for the first time to give mario a message. Does anyone know what the code is or where I can get the code?
