Brawl freezes at sss screen

well lately i have testing out the animations of naruto and etc and i used to have brawl+ so then i changed the codes to work to brawl now i went back to brawl but i found out it isn;t the codes freezing my game at the sss whats up my sd card?!?!?

You have smash stack on your SD card. This causes crashing on the stage select screen if the "no custom stages" code is not enabled. Just don't have that SD card in your Wii if you don't want to play a modified game.

Disable Custom Stages v1.1 is the code you need to add to your gct. Without that code, you'll never get by the SSS...I faced that same exact problem

THANK YOU SO MUCH. I've always had to set my game to automatically choose a random stage.
