metaknight + anyone is probably the best combination for most characters, and double metaknight is insanely oped, metaknight alone is freaking broken as hell, so add two into the mix and you got one hell of a combination.
i don't do many team/double matches, so i'm going mostly by what people have said, but i do know that everyone pretty much agrees that metaknight is the best partner you can have, and double metaknight is obviously the best combination.
i have heard taht things get really....different in team matches, like for instance snake is considered a bad partner cuz he risks killing his own team mate more then others, and zelda, despite being a crappy character alone, is a pretty good partner for teams.
