Smash Bros Brawl Tournament to be held March 27, 2009 @ 6PM
Tournament limited to the first 64 people to register

8 TV's will be running during this tournament (versus 2 last time, thanks for your patience!)
we have a limited number of gamecube controllers so
it is suggested you bring your own
When:
Friday March 27th - 6PM
pre-registration suggested but not required
register on AllisBrawl (or via email sue@powerplaygaming.net)
Schedule:
5 PM: Registration starts. Room will be set up, friendlies will begin.
6 PM: Brawl singles 1v1 will begin
Fee:
$5 venue fee (extra $1.50 will get you a slice of pizza at 8PM)
$10 entry fee
6 additional consoles, game disks & cables are needed
no venue fee for those that can provide set-ups

Prizes/Pot: 100% of the pot to be split 60/30/10
Snacks & soda provided for players free of charge
Bawls & Monster discounted to $1.75 during tournament

address - 23 Diamond Spring Rd (behind new Starbucks in the Walgreens shopping center)
directions - from the west take route 80 to 46 east Denville Exit. After intersection where Burger King is located move to the left lane and turn left into the center of town (follow Hospital sign). After Exxon station Walgreens is located on the left. Parking is in lot, near Starbucks is best. Come down the sidewalk to the right of Starbucks.
from East - take route 46 west into Denville (near Sogo restaurant). Come all the way down Broadway to light and go straight through turning right into Walgreens parking lot. Park near Starbucks. Come down the sidewalk to the right of Starbucks

Items are set to "off" and "none"
* All types of stalling are banned. Stalling at last 30 seconds of timer is one thing but several minutes is unacceptable.
* The bracket will be seeded by crews/region and rankings.
* Advanced Slob picks: First match is a blind pick, where the competitors will tell their character to a judge, and then proceed. The loser of the first match will then pick the next stage, then the winner may choose his character. After, the loser will choose his character and begin. The same will happen for the third match, if forced.
* You may not counterpick a stage that you won on.
* You may play any banned stage as long as both you, and your opponent agree.

Counterpicks:
* Delfino Plaza
* Frigate Orpheon
* Battleship Halberd
* Castle Siege
