Some advice:
Full jump more
L-Canceling isn't necessary at all
Charge more Fsmashes.

/sarcasm
Try getting together with friends and playing with them. I've played with computers way too much (like I'm assuming you do), and I get worse every time I play them. I'll just be general and say practice practice practice, but try and keep the computer play down to a minimum. If you have nothing to do but play the comps, just set a level 1 and practice techniques. All the things I listed above are obviously just jokes, and you should practice doing the opposite (I.E. Short hopping more, charging less, SHFFLing anything you can and maybe some dashdance/wavedash integration)

Hope I could help a little,

Charging an fsmash and waiting for a CPU to walk into it is too easy...won't work on a human.

Some advice...pretty much what the person above me said:
1. L cancel those dairs, and I'd avoid using them too much on the ground.
2. Don't use counter so much, it won't work nearly that much on humans
3. Learn to SHFFL, floating in the air is almost never a good thing
4. Dsmash is way too laggy, I can't think of a situation where an fsmash wouldn't be better
5. I think I saw a few wavedashes, try incorporating them into your play instead of using them aimlessly
6. Dashdance!.

I'm nothing special myself, but I assume most people will say just about the same thing.

I agree don't use charge so much. Counters should be used much less. SHFFLing is one of the most useful things you can learn. Stay unpredictable when getting up, or when coming back to the stage mix things up so you can throw your opponent off.
