Brand new Smashboard member.

Hello everyone!

My name is Jas3893 (also go by Michiganfan0308) and I'm super new to the Smashboard forum, just signed up about twenty minutes ago!

I've been a huge fan of the Smash games for quite some time, all the way back to N64. I'm by no means a tournament quality player, but I fell in love with the tournament scene the first time I stumbled across this Mew2King/Mango 26 character Ironman set at Smash the Record. Since then I've gone back and watched multiple EVO and APEX tournaments and am loving everything about this Smash community.

I was wondering if anyone had advice about how to go about finding when tournaments will be in a specific area. I'm definitely not good enough to compete in them, but I'd love to go to one and experience the tournament first hand!
