Bowser's new jab?

If you see the video in slow motion (there is an option in the video) you will see that Bowser's jab is two punches instead of claw attacks.

But, I'm not sure about this, maybe I'm wrong, what do you think?

He also punches in his Down Tilt instead of 'clawing'. Not sure what I Think, but at least they are changing him up. ^^

Ehem, yes, it's probably his standard A. Maybe just for visual purposes? Since his jab was actually good in Brawl but we can only wait to see.

I love how Bowser looks in this game, he looks well... like Bowser, and not like a wild beast with no mind XD

To me, it's the same Weak/Standard Attack as it has always been: Left Scratch & Right Scratch.

Watching it in slow motion he absolutely got some punches instead of claws. Bowser has become less wild animalistic in this entry. I think there is a good reason for it as well.

His down tilt has also turned into punches as seen in the Mega Man trailer. My only concern is that it's just unfinished animations instead of something new, kind of like one of the first shots we've seen of Peach. She is supposed to be holding her dress but there is nothing in her hands.

Fist thing I'm going to test with Bowser is his Jab Cancel to DownB. I loved that in Brawl.

Jab cancelled Bowser Bomb is much more effective in Smash 4 than Brawl since it's a lot harder to SDI the grounded portion of the Bowser Bomb. What should be noteworthy to test is how safe jab on shield is against different characters--you may be able to shieldpoke with the grounded hit following the jab, provided the opponent couldn't use a fast move OoS (or just grab) prior to the Bowser Bomb being input.

Overall Bowser's jab canceling seems to be VERY effective again, although now for Klaw you need to run forward and Klaw after the jab. I also have to admit I never found myself using jjab canceled ftilt because fsmash works in most scenarios where you'd want to ftilt.
