Bowser vs sonic MU help

Okay, I'm actually doubling sonic and bowser this game, but I mostly stick with sonic just because of how easy it is to punish people playing mindless. However, I want to get this matchup down. So I'm posting this and I'll be back tonight to gather up FCs for battle, if anyone is willing to help . I want to play some good sonics just to see how the MU will go. I only have the 3ds version, as I have no WiiU, but if you don't mind, what do you guys say?

It's honestly not that bad, but I'd just rather not do 3DS if I don't have to. On the go I'd play for sure, but in the comfort of my home I'd prefer not to be doing For Glory on 3DS when I can play Wii U.
