Bowser victory music

It just loops half a second of his music infinitely until the player goes back to the character selection screen.
Happened every time Bowser won a match so far.

Yes. Anyway, I discovered the bug is only present under Dolphin emulation.
Nevermind then. I'll just wait for an updated version of Dolphin.

An admin can lock this now. Not resolved, but we know the issue is not that relevant.
