i somehow missed the nomination and disappeared from smashboards in general for the most part, but i namesearched the other day and found this thread again
What were you contemplating for three years?
ive mostly been contemplating adult stuff. and by that i mean stuff like what i want to do for school, work, what my future looks like, etc, NOT adult stuff as in pornography. ive been out of school for a few years now and just working a lot, but i still play a lot of smash in my spare time, and still play bowser in every game because hes bowser. dont have a wii u yet though so ive only been able to play smash4 on 3ds which i dont find comfortable to play at all. im eventally gonna get a wii u though (because of SPLATOON) so once i do i guess ill be putting in the grind on bowser again, although its gonna feel weird since apparently hes actually good now

other than smash ive been playing and watching a lot of league of legends, as well as pokemon (specifically VGC). i havent stopped playing the new pokemon game since it came out last week. seriously, im typing this with one hand and doing pokemon contests with the other, and its really difficult. hopefully that excuses my lack of punctuation for this post at least.

if we're talking non-video games i just started playing hockey again this year on a mens league team with my older brother and a bunch of his friends. its a lot of fun. first time playing hockey for like 7 years so the rust is there but i love being active again. ive lso been watching a lot of basketball, still a big portland trailblazers fan but the raptors have been doing so well and i love their big underdog story theyve had during their rebuilding process. its pretty impossible NOT to be happy for them and cheer for them as well

you asked kind of a broad question so i gave a pretty broad answer of what ive been up to, i hope thats ok

Yeah, I was just curious. I only happened to notice your response when I popped back here to check some frame data. I had taken a vacation from Smash Boards myself when Smash4 was being hyped up and PM was completely over shadowing Brawl. Didn't see much reason to swing by here then. But with the new game my interest has been renewed. Not sure how much I'll actually be able to play the game with other people though, sadly.

As for Bowser being good... he's only relatively good. The whole game is a fair bit more balanced and less polarizing than Brawl was, but overall I think Smash4 Bowser is actually worse than Brawl Bowser.

Stoked for Splatoon myself. That game looks like so much fun.

Never been interested in League. Dota caught my eye 2 years ago (up to 2181 hours played so far). Played Smite for a bit, but I had to quit that one because it was actually making me worse at Dota.

Nice to see you back in the saddle though. Where would we be without you weighing in with Zimbabwe's meta? :)
