Not sure if meant at me but I don't breed Shiny pokemon with perfect ivs.. all but a few of my competitive pokemon are not shiny and just normal84

for in game reasons it is but otherwise Rock smash is useless98
When I was incredibly new to Pokemon I pretty much relied solely on damaging moves. I also rarely bothered to train any Pokemon outside of my starter (Now an Empoleon) I basically just focused on it having as many damaging moves as possible.
I also thought it was a good idea to teach Rock Smash to my Empoleon.
Yeah.....I've never really liked HMs.for in game reasons it is but otherwise Rock smash is useless

Eh, after the Physical/Special split, Waterfall became a good option for physical attackers.Surf is probably the only HM that has ever seen proper competitive use lol and then Scald came and burned the competition![]()
