it's a bit sad really. I remember when I just turned 13 and made my smashboards account, back in 7th grade. Those were some of the best times. I loved this place. It almost only feels like yesterday, and yet so far away, now, I'm going into 11th grade.

I came here to play Brawl online with people and ended up staying largely for Smash speculation and the friends I went on to make over time. Nowadays I use this site to chat with them and other people about a lot of things, not just Smash. Good grief are a large quantity of my posts from 2013 and early 2014 crappy and awkward, though.

Kinda sad to see this ole' thread has lost so much of it's activity in the past several months. I've spent a very good portion of my time on the site right here.

that happens to all of us. We're always growing and changing as a person, and invariably the person that was you two or three years ago... isn't you. You've had more experiences than that person, you've learned more, and you're more mature. You're similar, but not the same. Going back to some of my old posts is pretty funny too.

I like majority of Pokemon Green's sprites because most are goofy-looking while others were terrifying.

This thread is borderline dead. A lot of old regulars either don't post here as often or at all anymore, it seems.

You're not the only one, by the way. Far from it. Pretty much everyone has been having slow loading troubles with the site in the past several days, myself included.
