Well, for one. I didn't bet.
I still have to keep this avatar. So it's still one week for me.
Two, Lonekon and I made up a "Renewal Clause".
Which means that if a certain topic is used (lets say Barney).
It cannot be used on the same user till after two avatar changes (which means if I bet again, it won't be till the bet after Barney can be picked for me).

But what if someone who loses loses again? What will happen to their avatar?

Simple, they can't.
They'd still have to wait out their new avatar.
Once it's gone though. It goes back to normal.
And if they lose again? Another avatar for them...
