Just get a brand new controller that could possibly have the same problem? The controller I have is new, and it has that problem when I first used it.

I'd really rather keep the one I have and figure out how to fix it.

My mom actually looked up the problem I was having and she found that other people were having similar problems with their new controllers. I'm not going to blame my adapter just yet.
