Bleh. That last match had horrendous lag....ggs, though. Your Mewtwo's coming all pretty well so far I'd say. You're able to make some nice predictions. Reading is a very important part of every playstyle. I would personally recommend trying to charge Shadow Ball a little more often though, so long as enough opportunities to do so present themselves. It's always handy to have a fully-charged one ready.

Level 3- Very strong character play on a casual level, but has little chance of winning a tournament on any level

Level 4 is pretty accurate I'd say, even with the lag and both of our hindered performances you kept me on my toes. Keep playing him, you'll get even better with him the more you do!
