Fourtunately, Nui's gone now.
TF2 is vastly different then overwatch, so I know I'll be playing both.

To my knowledge there are a lot of similarities, but also plenty of differences to set the two apart.

As someone who's played both, it will definitely not kill TF2. They're a lot more different then you'd think. The similarities start and end at class-based and objective-based gameplay. It's the same "core" ideas, but presented in a significantly different way then tf2.

Well, major differences are one thing, but I have heard quite a few people say they enjoy it more than TF2 and will be "switching over" to it. Then again I've heard other people say they'll either be playing both or not playing Overwatch at all.
There will be people who stop playing tf2 in favor of OW, but both games are different enough to have their own players.
