Yeah with hyper space Fury and it's massive attack stats switching out and using Protect and substitute is not an option. You ARE going to get hit and get hit hard forget resistance as two hits and your gone. Weavile is only a counter if it's on the field without a switch and attacks with priority but if you get rid of the threats with your other Pokemon then it doesn't matter.. it's actually the same exact reason I had to ban Mega Beedrill, Mega Mawile, and Mega Metagross when I was a fairy gym leader for a group on Facebook.. but Hoops wasn't as extreme as this..
