She should be standing at the entrance.

If you don't mind me asking about Pokemon Pearl again:

I do indeed have the first four Gym Badges. I've checked Contest Hall and she isn't there.

I think I might've already seen her there before. If I recall correctly, I already checked Contest Hall out at least a year and a half ago sometime before taking a huge break from the game, but I don't remember what happened there when I did. Is it possible to see her there before beating the other Gym Leaders?
