In all seriousness, I'm not entirely sure, but I could see it being Glenn. From what I've heard from interviews and quotes from producers and the cast, a popular character is in danger of being whacked by Lucille. Besides, Glenn is the one killed in the comic version in chapter 100. HOWEVER, I could see it being a few other candidates. Here's my explanation:
When we look at all of the candidates for the next death, here is the order in which they're placed on the ground from Negan's far right to Negan's far left. Green is more right, yellow is more center, and red is more left:
Eugene, Carl, Aaron, Sasha, Rick, Maggie, Abraham, Michonne, Daryl, Rosita, and Glenn
If it is true that a popular character dies, we can eliminate the minor characters in this group. This would leave:
Carl, Rick, Maggie, Abraham, Michonne, Daryl, and Glenn
Rick and Carl are also safe. Rick is the main character after all, and he won't die until the series is at an end. Carl is also safe because of Negan's dialouge when he says "if anybody tries to do anything, cut the boy's other eye out and feed it to his father. And then we'll start!" If Carl or Rick were to die, this threat wouldn't make sense because the threat loses it's punch. So, that leaves:
Maggie, Abraham, Michonne, Daryl, and Glenn
The third clue I found is how Negan is turned slightly towards his left when he bashes the victim's head in. It wouldn't make sense to be at that angle if he was killing someone that was off to his right, or even front-and-center. So, I would say that Maggie is safe as well. This leaves our final four, who I honestly think ANYONE OF THEM COULD DIE:
Abraham, Michonne, Daryl, and Glenn
So who's most likely to die out of this batch of four?...To be honest, I'm venturing Michonne or Abraham.
1. Abraham has received quite a lot of character development lately, and he's the only one to stand his ground at the Saviors camp without crying or having a nervous look on his face. Also, his death was taken by Denise. They swap deaths quite a bit when comparing the comic book version of TWD to the TV version. This could serve as foreshadowing to Abraham dying, but I'm still not sure. Even so, they normally give a character some necessary development before they die. Just look at Shane from season 2 and how he became insane and a much more complicated character before he passed. Same thing with Andrea in season 3, and how she became a tragic hero trying to protect both the "good" faction in Rick's prison camp and the "evil" faction in the Governor's town of Woodberry. Another example is how Beth grew really close to Daryl and that gave some character development to both of them before she died. This pattern just happens, and this means that Abraham is in danger, especially from a character development standpoint.
2. Michonne is also highly in danger due to a theory I heard concerning the POV shots that happened in the episode. With the one scene in which the doors open, light shines through, and Daryl and Michonne are taken out of the vehicle, the POV shot shown is of a person sitting behind a male with long hair. The person sitting behind Daryl before they were dragged out by the saviors was Michonne. This was in first person, and the kill that Negan has is in first person as well. This could mean that this episode is partly shone through Michonne's eyes. Also, Michonne is beloved by fans, and if the producers are going to kill off a popular character, Michonne is one of the best options.
3. Glenn could still get whacked because the producers desire to stay loyal to the comics with this certain death. He's also a popular character (although not as much as Michonne or Daryl). His fake out death could simply be a foreshadowing to his real death in the season 7 pilot. Glenn also has his outburst due to being afraid for Maggie's safety going against him since that causes Negan to be more annoyed with than a few other people. Yet, I'm still hesitant to say that he's the one to die when compared to the other three because of how popular Michonne and Daryl are, along with Abraham's recent character development. He's popular, and could definitely still die, but Michonne and Abe make more sense to me.
4. Daryl could die simply because he's the most popular character on the show by a considerable margin. However, I honestly don't think he's as likely as Michonne or Abraham. He's already injured, and I doubt that at this point he would take his beating "like a champ" in Negan's words due to his serious injury and bleeding. Considering toughness, that also goes to show that Abraham and Michonne are even more likely to die since Abe is the toughest man and Michonne is the toughest woman. Glenn is also more likely if we observe this point only since Negan says the same line to Glenn in the comics concerning "taking it like a champ."
Overall, I think it's either Michonne or Abraham who dies in the season 7 premire. But, I could still see Glenn or Daryl being the one who dies next. However, I think everyone from Eugene to Maggie in the line is safe.
