Alright, fair enough. It was a short book relative to the others.
I like it because we get to learn about the main villain's past, and we get to see some Harry character development.

Although Draco becomes a lot better for me in HBP. He was originally bottom 3, and then he accelerated to top 3 by the end of Deathly Hallows.

He's made even better if you count deleted scenes in DH as canon. You see...

In a deleted scene in DH part 2, Draco hands Harry his wand so Harry could fight Voldy. Draco greatly aided the defeat with Voldemort, and Draco finally went to Harry's side. He went from a bully villain to a confused dark soldier to a hero <3

Unfortunately it can't be counted as canon in most circumstances due to it being a deleted scene. Even without the scene, he still becomes a lot less mean and more heroic.
