Since I"m finished for now, what were the pros and cons of my game in your opinion? I'd like to know what you think of my Mario play (specifically the last match since that was definitely my best one).

Anyways, for me I was being hasty with the dash attack in the last match for a little bit, but then I remembered that one good read would get me killed. That's when I played defensively. Good move since I was able to get the damage from 0 to 54 before I was KOd.

I think your Mario game is solid, and better than mine overall. Yes, I've been sick for most of the day and the lag was hard at times, but even in optimal conditions your Mario would probably be stronger than mine. You're best point was using the FLUDD with spacing and edge guarding. To be honest I completely forget about FLUDD most of the time even though it's a good move. Using n-air for moves was good as well because of the n-air's high priority. I tried to counter it with Mario tornado, but alas it failed most of the time :lol:

As far as improvements, it's important to not charge the u-smash too much. When you defeated me in the final match, it was uncharged and of course, fast. It was a great move. Charging the u-smash makes it easy to read. Aside from the last stock of the battle on Gerudo Valley, I knew exactly when to avoid going in for a counterattack. Still, the other points of your game counter this point.

Overall, you played well! It was a fun set of matches (especially the last one on Suzaku castle).

What do you think were good points and bad points of my Mario game?

your vivo combo game got better lol you should keep working on it though and you should remember that you can wall jump lol also try not to accidentally kill yourself :p

Yeah. I was not focused at all on the battlefield match. That was definitely my worst performance. I sucked hardcore on that one. :crying:

So what's a vivo combo game? I'm not sure what the term "vivo" means.

Alright. Thanks for the input man! I do think my combo game has gotten better, and I think I did do a good job of spacing at my peak match when I was out of my fog and giving it my best (on Suzaku Castle FD).

Although, even without counting the attrocious Battlefield match, my recovery game was definitely poor, and I agree with you with that. Wall jumps help, and mixing up my recovery in general will help a lot.

I was really surprised by who won! In my opinion they both should have beaten him.
