Not necessarily.. some of the computers I've used in libraries blocked off the control panel and severely limited CTRL+ ALT+ DEL options

Correct. Station a trained IT guy at every computer. If you want to use a computer, you tell him what you want to do, then he'll do it, within bounds.

Welp, I finally downloaded Bayo and Corn...and Bayo's awesome! Not my fav (Fox and Mario forever <3) but I could see Bayo being an alternate in the near future. As for Corn, I have yet to check him out.

Edit: Corn is basically a cooler Marth, but I won't be using him/her in the near future. Corn has mediocre speed, which is the main reason why I'm not liking the character. Also, Corn is basically a dragon-type Marth, with cooler attacks and tipper mechanics.

Schools that have restrictions on computers (excluding blocking certain internet websites) is really stupid to me. There's always the keyboard shortcuts but there's always going to be some people that like to do things the traditional way; like right clicking to copy and paste or saving an image. Thankfully my school has never done that, although there was a time during April Fool's when Google was blocked for a day and everyone had to use Bing...
