If I gave you my best guess, upper mid.
He has really good range and pretty good frame data, some ralle good oos options and amazing tilts.
His smashes are a bit laggy, but his down smash can be used out of a dash by using that down b cancel tech.
his aerials are all around good.
His throws aren't really that good, and his recovery sucks.

That was an extremely shallow look at Cumulus.

I'd say that he's bottom-high at best and that there's no way he's under mid tier.

His aerials and tilts all have some great utility. His frame data, for a heavy sword wielder, is actualy quite fast and the Limit Break gimmick makes him a very dangerous threat.

Additionally, his Limit Gauge is very unique, as it is both chargeable manually, like PM Lucas's Offense Up, and a KO Meter, like Little Mac. As such, being attacked while filling the Gauge doesn't make you lose the charge, unlike other chargeable moves. In fact, it fills it even faster if you get hit!

He has a good neutral game too thanks to his Blade Beam, up tilt, down tilt and of course, his amazing aerials. Plus, he has great range and most of his attacks have disjointed hitboxes, which are always great things to have.

Limit Canceling, as I like to call it, is also very useful, as it allows him to do anything out of a dash.

Honestly, his only weakness is his recovery, which is about as good as Little Mac's. Only difference is that you can kill yourself by pressing B again if you don't go high enough.

Did Kon make a typo or is that the count?

So about Bayonetta and Corrin, I was not expecting either of them. I will admit I'm a little disappointed about them since I didn't really want them, but I'm also excited about these two characters getting in after hearing they got in.

No one expected them. NO ONE!

I'm kinda dissapointed that we got yet another Fire Emblem character, but Corrin looks so amazing and unique that it kinda makes up for the franchise's ridiculously high amount of playable characters.

Bayonetta? I was speechless. Literally speechless. I thought it would've been Hades or Wolf at the beginning of the trailer, which I would've loved, but Bayonetta? That one went completely off my radar, but I'm seriously excited to see her in action. Also, all the details... I think Sakurai put more work in Bayonetta than any other character...

Also, the lack of Wolf and Splatoon stage dissapointed me, but not enough to be salty about what I saw.
