looks like it would be an OU threat with its fire/water typing and steam eruption as better accuracy than Hydro Pump and burning effect of scald. imo Rotom Wash's usage might fall a bit in favor of Volcanion with Rotoms advantages being electric type and levitate. Scarf looks like it would come in handy with it's mediocre 70 speed stat. Air Ballon Volcanion will make Landorus use U-turn or switch out to a better matchup or at least knock off the air ballon

That's my main theory, but the people at the RWBY thread simply think that it's Neo because her Semblance is all about illusions.

While this is a good point, I doubt that her Semblance is THAT powerful...
