I often shrugged it off because I didn't see much of a problem, but sometimes, I might've been too tired to notice anything, but still couldn't sleep.

I basically developed insomnia, but never noticed it before this Tuesday when the lack of sleep literally made me throw up.

I am not a morning person. I stay up until 4-5am on weekends and sleep in til noon-1pm.

Eeyup! I legitimately never seen my mother as worried as she was that day, so I knew that it was serious!

But honestly, the whole family (myself included) expected a mild depression, so I guess things are better than we thought.

All the stories I've told (besides the recent heat stroke I had a few months ago) all happened before we moved somewhere else when I was 10.

At that moment, everything had changed for the better (although my parents still have some recurring habits from those darker times)

Looking at some tips on how to sleep better.

Apparently, all I need to do is stick to a fully consistent sleep schedule at night of at least 8 hours (and a pill because insomnia) while staying awake during the day.
