My mom wants to go Black Friday shopping. I'm obliged to accompany her since I'm the one who plans which gifts to get for my cousin and brother on their birthdays and Christmas. But I strongly dislike Black Friday.
If you saw some of my classmates' sense of humor, you'd think of me as somewhat tame.
It's crowded with a bunch of people pushing and shoving to get deals. At least on regular days, people are at least somewhat more polite and courteous. Also I'm somewhat of a doormat in real life, so like last year, I was going to get a cart and people kept stepping in front of me and taking my cart.
This'll be my fourth year Black Friday shopping. And every year I've went, nothing serious happened (except for excessive rudeness). The anomalies are exaggerated, to be honest. It's more tame than you'd think.

I think it has to do with the relative wealth of the community. Like I live in a prissy, relatively rich suburb, so I guess people aren't willing to bust down doors for the doorbusters. (Though they are willing to take my cart ;-; )

It really is a loss of money. He just says that because he got it for less money than his other PS4s, he somehow saved money. But then...logic.

Well there are some deals where you actually save money. You just have to be cautious about the deals cuz of aforementioned reasons.131
